Abstract |
Background. IT-solutions for the business processes automation today are very popular. The topicality of the study primarily lies in decision-making support regarding the selection of a particular workflow-system with a positive decision on the implementation of a company's management workflow.
Materials and methods. By the example of a business process «Project’s implementation phases » of MAYKOR-GMCS company the authors investigated capacities of workflow systems ELMA and RunaWFE to automate business processes. The study used the methods of analysis, graphical modeling, software interaction interface testing.
Results. By means of workflow-systems RunaWFE and ELMA the researchers created and tested in runtime environment the automated business process "Project’s implementation phases." Based on the workflow systems practical application testing the authors identified their advantages and disadvantages.
Conclusions. The analysis of workflow systems application in processes of MAYKOR-GMCS company allows to make a decision on expediency of business processes automation implementation and to choose a particular system in case of a positive decision.
